Very Poor poor poor Poor service even one star is alot

So disappointed with such a huge company that has been there for so many years in February we were contacted buy one of the consultant to submit documents for death Claim and we were told the process will take 3 months to complete everything we are now in July nothing is happening they don't even call to give you feedback when u call you have to hold for long and you are using your airtime even if the call cut they while you waiting for their system to open they don't even bother to call back it's happens while talking to Khanyi every consultant tells you different story they even gave me the email to contact Elsie and Mandy Van Der Merwe at death claim they not helping the service is very poor I don't know whether it's depends on the skin colour or who you really are they don't care about clients iam im the n need of funds since the bread winner passed away as a single parent I have a child that needs to go to school they just don't care I have never seen such a poor service like that
