Very disappointed in critical illness policy and unfair staging of my Cancer

Very disappointed about the service on a critical illness cover.

I was told to cancel my cancer policy as the critical illness will cover cancer and more, U was never told that they have 100 reasons why they don't pay out the policy amount.

After my diagnosis I tried to claim and after I had to provide a to of documents and proof my cancer (like it's not even true) , get still refuse to pay for the stage of cancer I have.So this policy do I ly pay a quarter if stage 1 , half is stage 2 and then full if stage 3 and up. This was never discussed.

However I am stage 2 and my oncologist had to send letters and letters and still they only paid quarter and refuse to accept my diagnosis.

This is really ridiculous and I am sad that I have other policies with a company as unfair to policy holders as they are.
