Very confused

Can anybody explain to me if you took a package from Transnet how long do it take to pay out and what is the stages that is go trough. Why was the Transnet workers not given information or even somebody to speak to. I also want to know what do the house that is paid up or even if it was not paid up to do with the retirement fund. It feels everytime we ask there is another document they need. In the mean time we have to survive. Regards
