Very bad, very bad execution of promises

This is a simple story. The multiply online shops need seven business days to deliver my iPad purchase. After seven days they do not know what is going on, but their vendor does not have any service agreement, so they now tell me they will only give me feedback on my query after 72 hours. This means another three days if you take 72 hours to mean continuous hours.
