Very bad service for money you worked hard for

I am waiting for my profident fund to be paid out since january 8 i phone i send mails fisrt excuse was they waited for january contribution now they got that and i still waiting for my payout that was on 9 of february we are on 22 february my co worker andni resigned on the same day his was also struggling to het his money out of them..his money was paid in this morning after he also had to fight with them...this is money we worked our arsses of to get..i needed this money like first week in february im moving from one house to another the new house need renovations to be done i have to be out by 28 of february and no renovations has been done..now i have to rent storage rooms to put my stuff witch also i need to pay now...this is really unexceptable and all they keep on telling me is yes i need to wait there was one lady who tried to help to speed up the process but the other people just dont give a hell...i have a 16 month old baby whos formula milk is like done nappies is almost finished a dont have food left and they just tell me to wait...
