Useless service!!! No communication whatsoever and holding on for 20+ mins just for a query.
Their service delivery has dropped immensely… no communication whatsoever! Don’t respond to emails or phone calls you hold on for 20 mins… ridiculous. Will be moving my investments to a company that wants to assist me.
