Useless service

I am a member of the Transnet Retirement Fund. I have an issue that needs to be resolved. I am given the number to call ********** 291. Repeated calls to this number are simply cut off / are answered and then the person on the other end is conversing with someone else and cut the call off. It is simply impossible to get through to anyone who can assist me.
