You people are diabolical. I left reviews all over social media and that was the only time you get back to me? A guy by the name of Gerald called me and assure me that my claim is being processed, He gave me his number but guess what? He does not Pick my calls.You people are causing me major emotional and financial stress.How can I be made to wait for 3 months when all my colleagues have been paid their money? Your agents keep recycling the same "It's an IT problem" response.So you mean to tell me a supposedly big company like momentum cannot efficiently solve an IT problem?
