USELESS
IMPOSSIBLE to get any service. Then as you are trying to speak to someone, a brand new person pops up in response who is just as clueless as the one before. I had to wait ONE MONTH before I received an email that was entirely wrong and NOT what I was asking about. USELESS COMPANY.
