From last week I was liaising with Josephine the managerand her staff Ntsako, Raymond and others.

All of them are giving me different feedback on my query and according to Josephine there isnt a turn around time (TAT).

How do you operate without a service level agreement?

You have been promising to give me an update. But none has been received. When one tries to get hold of the manager, she’s either in a meeting, on another call, busy with a case/escalation or just not available.

I have been emailing ********** all i get is auto replies????

Im still waiting for her call!!!
