Urgent Request – Immediate Action Required on ROT

Dear Momentum,

I have contacted your company multiple times via phone and email but have not received any response. This matter is extremely urgent as my livelihood depends on it.

The request is very simple and should take no more than five minutes to complete. Momentum only needs to finalize the ROT and send it to Sanlam. I do not understand the delays or why this has not been done yet.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received so far. Not even an acknowledgment, and when I called, I was told it might only be looked at next week. This is completely unacceptable.

Please prioritize and complete my request immediately.
