"URGENT HEALTH WARNING!"

HEALTH WARNING! Do you have a Hospital Plan with Metropolitan Life? Or any other insurer? If so take heed from my "sick" experience and suggest you read the small print of your policy. Urgently! I paid every premium, in full, on time for over twenty years covering my wife, self, and 3 children with Metropolitan Odyssey. In all that time it was never necessary to claim so much as a single penny! Then - and here's my warning to you - when I turned 70 I received a curtly worded letter advising that having reached the age of 70 the policy is cancelled! Not so much as a "Thank You" for my financial loyalty. You have been warned - pick up the phone right now and ask whether you're likely to be "thrown under the bus" like me on turning 70 - just when you might need a little help from your oh,so benevolent sounding Assurer!
