Unwilling to assist and NO communication ability

I find it absolutely pathetic that Multiply are completely unable to answer your queries or give any response to communications. Their website logins redirect to pointless pages that doesn't give me any information on what I'm looking for. Emails sent about these issues result in no feedback. I've notice a consecutive decline in communication ability from Multiply in the last couple of years. It's amazing how they promise you the best but only capable of delivering a void.
