Unresolved Query (***) and ********* Conduct

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my query by Momentum. Despite numerous interactions with various agents, including Sifiso Shange and Salamina, I have consistently received false promises and incorrect deadlines.

This lack of accountability and transparency raises serious concerns about the company's ethics and commitment to customer satisfaction. Moreover, it highlights the potential vulnerability of policyholders' dependents, who may face significant challenges in resolving claims or accessing benefits.

Personally, I would not recommend Momentum to others due to these unacceptable experiences
