Unreliable, ************* and very ***** system/company. People need to be careful.
I have app**** for my provident/pension fund September last year 2020 and now it's October 2021 still awaiting payment. I have always followed up twice a month but always been given excuses and they are not truthful on why they took more than a year to assist. To everyone out there, please be careful when choosing a company to trust with your provident monies, Momentum is not trust worthy. For a minute they even made us to doubt The Ascot Boutique Hotel and think that the fault was with our work place while it wasn't. Why is it taking them so long to pay out 10 people? Why???????????

We understand your concerns.
The Fund is going through a full liquidation which means that a liquidator has been appoint in terms of the process as set out by the FSCA.
The liquidator will be communication with the Employer and members in due course.
We will only be in a position to pay out the members when the liquidation has been finalized.
