Unreliable, unresponsive service

I had high hopes when I initially claimed from momentum after my resignation , but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. the process is convoluted and unresponsive. Customer service is unhelpful.

After submitting my claim I am posed with unnecessary delays. It feels like they are deliberately stalling to avoid paying out. This delay is jeopardising my chances of getting employment because of outstanding debts that were meant to be repaid as soon as this payout is received.

Overall, I found momentum/funds at work to be unreliable and *************. If you’re looking for a company that stands by its commitments and provides timely support, I would recommend seeking alternatives. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere.
