Unreasonable and VT

Momentum was supposed to have disinveted my provident fund as from the date they received my claim. Now they are telling me about 26 days which could take up to a full month. They have all my documents to process my claim. Their agents have attitude when addressing the matter. They told me once I have the reference number they Wil help. I keep getting the same thing that they have my claim and it's In progress, well nothing has changed. I need this money as soon as yesterday.. I am not willing to wait 26 days. For what? "
