Unprofessional Service

Servise very unprofessional. We were assigned a consultant by the name Neo Khoza it started very well now we have questions we are avoided and our calls are not answered. These insurance companies are very good in taking our monies come time to pay you are sent from pillar to post. Why is a consultant not responding to emails and calls. We have lost q loved one and we are just making a follow up on the progress of the claim. Can people do what they are hired to do and stop interfering theres children involved here who needs what is rightfully theirs
