Unprofessional and Rude

I called through *** at about 12:15, after being on hold for more than 5 minutes a Gugu answered and to my dismay - she was speaking to someone else in isiZulu (something totally unrelated to my call). She had the audacity to lie that she acknowledged my call which was no the case - how appalling!

This was my first time calling through seeking assistance and this is the type of firsthand experience I get to be subjected to :-( BTW, I was promised that someone will be calling me back - lets us just see if this will happen and if it does, how long is it going to take before I receive that call.
