Unpaid Pension Fund
I am frustrated with Momentum funds at work as I was informed by HR that it would take 26 working days for funds to be released and deposited into my account my final contribution and withdrawal was on the 31st of October 2019 and a reference number was issued.
Today is the 10th of December meaning it's 27 days later and I'm not sure if it will be deposited anytime soon, I spoke to my previous HR they said 4-6 weeks which has now passed. When I called momentum the consultant said he couldn't help me because I'm not on the system apparently.
I'm so confused because the forms I completed were written momentum and the benefits statement.
What is the actual turn around time for withdrawal?
