Unkept promises for payment

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the handling of the joint pension fund of my late father, Joel Molea, in which my mother, Mrs Elisa Molea was listed as a beneficiary. I have been dealing with this issue since submitting the required supporting documentation on 11th February 2025 and have faced continuous delays and unfulfilled promises from Momentum.

Despite being assured that our case, assigned to Ms. Anin, was in order, I have been repeatedly told to call back weekly, only to hear conflicting information about the receipt and status of our documentation. On one occasion, I spoke with Mark, who confirmed that all documentation was in order and provided a timeline, stating that payment would be made on Tuesday, the 4th of March 2025 However, due to operational constraints, February's pension money would roll over to March, with subsequent payments at the end of March.

To my dismay, upon following up today, I was informed that additional spouse support documentation was required. After refusing this additional request, I received an apology from the consultant, who again engaged Ms. Anin, promising correspondence by the close of business. These continuous delays and unfulfilled promises are wholly unacceptable and unprofessional, especially considering my mother's advanced age of over 100 years and her dependence on this pension fund for chronic medication.

I urge Momentum to address this matter urgently and ensure the prompt disbur*****t of the pension funds as previously assured. The ongoing delays are causing significant distress and hardship to my mother and our family.
