Unit Trust deduction not happening
After changing bank accounts it has been a nightmare to get things working again. Various docs where requested and sent but nothing happens. My latest email sent on 23/04/2015 and I'm still waiting for a reply. No deductions has happened in the last 4 months on the unit trust account.I tried to phone now but I'm holding on forever, did not leave a message because I don't trust that either. Therefore I hope this media will do the trick.
