Unfulfilled PFA Legal Order & Broken Administrative Promises — Ref: PFA/GP/***/MM

I am posting this to highlight severe administrative non-compliance and broken commitments by Momentum FundsAtWork Corporate. On 29 May 2026, the Pension Funds Adjudicator (PFA) issued a final, binding determination (Ref: PFA/GP/***/MM) ordering Momentum to register my backdated membership, reconstruct my contribution schedules, and calculate statutory late-payment interest (prime + 2%). Momentum has failed to comply with these statutory deadlines. Senior Administrator Rosemary Nicodemus reached out claiming the matter was under "urgent processing" and that they were awaiting payment from my former employer (Lepro Corporation CC). However, after requiring me to re-submit all claim forms as PDF attachments—which I did immediately—Momentum has completely ignored my follow-ups and refuses to provide the required calculation sheet for my legal representatives. Claiming a matter is under "urgent processing" while ignoring communication and withholding calculations ordered by an Adjudicator is unacceptable. I demand an immediate response from senior executive management with my complete calculation breakdown and tax directive status.
