Unfair gym discount structure

to whom it may concern

so momentum advertise active dayz as either going to gym, getting 300 cal or making 10000 steps, but they don't tell you, if you don't go to gym 13 times you won't get the maximum discount for your gym membership - so in other words saying go and achieve an active day, but be sure to have a meal at Kauai in order to get your maximum discount at gym! I understand the concept, but you have definately not made this clear to your members and I am not at all very happy. If this is the way it needs to be done one would think you would drop your gym visits to accommodate the active dayz!

Kind regards

Kelly ****croft

I received confirmation that Mr Moodley made contact with you and explained the process regarding gym visits and active dayz.

The save as you gym model is not determined by the number of active dayz earned, but on the number of visits made at the gym.
