Unexplained delays in payout

Good morning

I type this review with a lot of disappointment and desperation. I resigned in February on the 24th and was advised by your consultant to wait for my last premium to be deducted before I submit my documents. Nonetheless I waited and only submitted my documents on the 2nd of March 2021. On the 15th of March 2021 I then proceeded to send the emails from my employer instructing that the claim can be paid out. Only on the 5th of April did I receive an acknowledgment of claim email followed on the 6th of April 2021 with a notice of disinvestment email. I understand that the next process was to apply for tax directives from SARS. No communication is sent by the scheme and I am just hanging with no details of how far the payout process is. I strictly made it clear to your administrators when I submitted everything that I needed these funds to pay my creditors and my son’s fees as I resigned without a job. I really do not understand why my payout took so long when I did everything possible to help speed up all the documents and feedback needed.

I would like to be informed how far the process is and be given a realistic time frame of when the funds should be released as the PSG Admin made it clear that this payout could be processed and should be prioritised.

I am disappointed in Momentum’s services to say the least
