Unacceptable Service and Delays – Momentum Funds at Work

I am utterly disgusted and frustrated with the appalling service I have received from Momentum Funds at Work. It is beyond unacceptable that a claim I initiated in early January, following my dismissal from employment on December 10th, is still unresolved.

Momentum confirmed receipt of the claim and required documents, yet they continue to create unnecessary hurdles and delays.

I received an email confirming that I cannot withdraw from my retirement or savings components due to specific fund rules. However, I was told I could withdraw funds from the vested component. I then provided clear written instructions to keep my retirement savings with Momentum and only pay out the vested component into my account. Despite this, Momentum keeps asking me to "update my payment instruction," something I have already addressed explicitly.

Their inefficiency doesn’t stop there. I have received emails claiming that they attempted to contact me, but there is no record of these supposed calls on my phone. When I take the initiative to call them, I am subjected to excessive hold times, disconnected calls, and representatives who transfer me without resolving my issue. On one day alone, I called six times—two of those calls had me on hold for 30 minutes, while others were around 20 minutes. This is a complete waste of time, air time, and resources, and I still have no resolution.

Momentum’s behavior is not only negligent but also disrespectful to its clients. I am now left without the funds I urgently need while job searching. Their inefficiency and lack of urgency have caused me unnecessary stress and financial strain.

Momentum Funds at Work has proven to be ***********, unprofessional, and entirely indifferent to their clients' well-being. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear. Until they take responsibility for this mess and resolve my matter with the urgency it deserves, I will continue to expose their disgraceful conduct.

Momentum, take note: this is your opportunity to fix this before your reputation suffers further damage. I demand immediate action and a resolution without any further excuses or delays.
