Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication on Pension Claim

I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing delay in processing my pension claim and the lack of clear communication from the pension administrator. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have received no meaningful updates or explanation. This delay is causing unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.
