*****ulent way of operating Momentum
Poor *****ulent service from funds@work/ corporate funds. My pension funds was suppose to be paid out to my by 11 November 2024. This was according to a mail received from Momentum. If you look at Hello Peter you will notice that this is the way momentum operates, They ***** interest by not paying out funds that was released. Just think of the millions in interest they *****ulently make by not paying out money on time. You can phone, email, whichever, operators gives a lot of stories from an IT problem, lapsed sars codes, quality control teams that must do a quality control, etc. And everytime they tell you so sorry, we are giving attention to the problem and your funds will be in your account within 48 hours. All lies while you will still not receive your funds. Be very careful before your company decide on momentum, they do not operate fairly.

Please beware if your company is using Momentum funds at work for your pension funds. You will wait months for your own money.

26 Feb 2025, 12:45Well at last i was telephonically contacted yesterday by Momentum and was again assured that my money would be paid in before 12 yesterday. Just before 12 i was contacted again and the operator said sorry for the delay, but the person responsible for the final payout approval is in a meeting. She said she promise that i will receive my payment before 17:00.
Again that did not happen, just another lie. 115 days after my money was supposed to be paid into my account.
Please get your company's to move all your retirement funds from momentum. They do not keep their word.
