Two pots

I have been waiting for my money from two pots for two months now,everytime I call I am taken to one consultant to the next ,they dint want to pay my money which I have to pay for my hospital bill for my operation I have sent more than ten emails complaints and no help I am a single mother and I need that money ,they always tell me the payment has been voided to give them alternative banking details which I sent to three people with no help I spoke to Jamie_leigh ,Nolin and Rene no one wants to help me I am even going to open a case to take this matter further people I work with git their money but mine there are always excuses
