Turnaround time and no communication!!

On the 2nd November I resigned from my job with my last working day being 2nd December. My manager at the time mistakenly only processed the resignation on the various systems on the 8th. On the 8th November I received notification from momentum to start the process regarding my pension. I completed the entire process on the portal. I then received notification the very same day the my funds will be paid out to me within 4-6 weeks. It is now 30th December I have received no further communication and have still not received my funds. I sent an email to Momentum Corporate but received a reply saying they don’t have my details on their system. What is going on what type of service are you people providing.
