Trust money gone.

Fnb and Momentum were handling my ex mother in laws Will. I send documents through to Fnb stating my child resides with me and has no contact with his father. The money was supposed to go into a trust. So I was not worried that he will take it. In 2016 after a struggle I was turned to Momentum as they was handling the trust. I then found out they decided the money wasn't enough to go into a trust because of expenses. Sad thing is they paid it to the father. I have since tried to help Momentum find him. No luck. Nobody is taking responsibility for this. Now my son must just except his father ran away with his money. I'm phoning Momentum every month only to hear I'm sorry we haven't find him yet and I'm on my way to a meeting can't talk now.
