Total disregard for clients
I submitted a claim to Momentum Funds@work during the last week of June 2019 and received an email to advise that the claim will be processed on the 30th of June 2019. I have since followed up on two occasions and allowed sufficient time for them to respond but to date I have not received any feedback.
It has become clear that this come has no ethical radar and has a total disregard for clients. They don't care about anything other than making money, they don't care that I have a father who has been in hospital for more than a month and that I have depleted all my savings. This is the same company who only decided to settle a claim when they received backlash from the public and only did it to protect their image.
In my last email I even told them that I will post this here but it is clear that they just don't care.
Kind regards
CK

A claim may only be processed once the recon for the month in which the member has resigned has been processed by the employer.
The recon was confirmed and finalised on 15 July 2019 and this included your contributions as your resignation date is 30 June 2019.
The claim form that was received was completed digitally by yourself and was not signed by the employer.
We have requested a fully completed form signed by the employer from the employer.
The turnaround time for a claim is 26 working days from the date that we receive the final documents and in this instance from the 15th July when the recon was finalised.
I understand that you have sent us emails which have not been responded to and we would appreciate the dates in order that we can investigate the non response.
I apologise if you were given incorrect information with regards to the payment of your claim.

I also see no mention of the allegation that I failed to respond to emails, which was your excuse when we spoke now you mention recon dates which you did not mention in our conversation. I am waiting for the emails that were allegedly sent so I can address that issue.
I have also followed up with my previous employer and they confirmed that they had submitted the completed forms on the 26th of June 2019 which was signed by the employer so this is just a blatant lie.

I confirm that a mail was sent to your work address as your exit date is noted as 30 June, therefore the work email address was used.
I also confirm that our administrator has discussed the claim with your employer and they have confirmed that they have submitted the claim via employer portal today. No documents were received from the employer on 26 June 2019.
My apology regarding the incorrect information relates to your comment that you were told that the claim would have been processed on 30 June which is incorrect.

It is clear that you are only interested in saving face and protecting your treasured reputation so engaging with you any further is pointless.
