Tired of waiting for my payment

How long do I wait for the payment of my retirement annuity? Have been waiting since 1 April and with every query I am told it will take another 2-3 working days! Has been weeks now and nobody cares to help!!

I received confirmation that contact was made, we have rep**** for tax and once received back payment will be made into your account. Kind regards Michele Coetsee

Thank you. Yes, someone made contact with me yesterday with another empty promise of getting back to me we updates first thing this morning. Information received from Momentum is so contradictory - I received an email to confirm that tax directive has been requested and now we have to hear that never happened and only asking for tax directive now? What do I do about the incorrect written statement received from Momentum?

Momentum were waiting for the recognition of transfer from the other company to transfer the 2/3 amount. The tax directive has come back and we are busy with the transferring of the funds. The 1/3 will be paid into your bank account and the rest will be transferred to PSG.
