Time wasted - biased communication

I recently resigned with immediate effect - to my knowledge momentum was made aware and sent me an sms, After endless calls made to them regarding my provident funds they kept referring me back to my employer. Back and forth one time I called momentum and the lady promised to send me an email entailing more details about the process. I have waited over four weeks for my funds to be transferred into my back account. I am ashamed of this type of correspondence. Can you please contact me seniors to advise on the way forward. This is an urgent plead.
