This company is a ****,

I have submitted my withdrawal documents since 04 November 2024, all they do is accuses, I don't understand why they not taking customers as priority, their service is ****....their administrator is a disaster, they said is Mahommed, and is biased, no empathy, today I hear he is on leave, so my question was such a big organisation with one admin, this is absolutely ridiculous, I haven't receive anything, but they said it only take 26days, what now....
