Think again before switching over to Momentum

I recently upgraded to Momentum Multiply, then decided to move over to Momentum Medical Aid. We were activated on 14 December 2020, I was also told Gap Cover and the health saver will be sorted out by 31 Dec to start cover on 1 Jan. It is now the 5th of January, we have not received a starter pack, Med Aid cards or Gap cover as yet. I then app**** for a Multiply Visa card on the Multiply website for my husband, the courier company calls him now requesting an original copy of his ID, bank statement and prove of address or they will not deliver the card. That's sounds a bit suspicious to me, with those documents anyone could use it **********ly. I am now doubting trying to move everything over to Momentum.
