The worst customer service ever- Funds at Work

I've been trying since November 2024 to get my pay out for my withdrawal claim. I find that only when I call, my profile gets looked at. After that nothing gets done until I call again the next time. I've had for the past 2 weeks been told I'm getting the funds in my account in 3 working days, then tomorrow and then the weekend but still nothing. I even asked is there anything I can do to help speed this up. I ph and ask to speak to the agent in charge of my profile but he is never available. He never calls back. I asked for manager to call me but nothing. I left a complaint on their website and heard nothing. I don't know what else to do to get this resolved. The lies that they tell you that you're gonna have the fund in your account is just to keep you quiet for a few days until you end up calling again. What terrible customer service. Why are we having to fight so hard for our own money🤷♀️😩
