The Worst company to try and deal with

Do not use this company. They are the worst

They are more than willing and eagerly take your money. When it comes to payout it is a completely different thing.

I've been struggling for almost a year to get my payment from Investo . I've phoned numerous times where you hold for up to an hour only to be promised that it will be finalized in 7 to 10 working days. Every time you get conflicting answers and it even seems that the claim went back to previous departments. A second claim for another policy was submitted on the exact sane day with the exact same documents and was settled months ago. I even submitted a complaint on their website where I was promised feedback to no avail.

For a company of this magnitude the service is poor to say the least. They always looking for excuses and shift the blame to another department.

I repeat do not use this company and safe yourself hardship.
