The useless points multiply what....

<p>Writing on behalf of my girlfriend, I recently discovered the worst benefit system. It is momentum multiply. They do what they want how they want.</p> <p>I was at Momentum Multiply system for years when they were nice and effective and affordable, what a chance in time! </p> <p>My parents are multiply members for very long time stil, and they have been happy always! My dads package is as following : He is a virgin active gym member and the more he gyms the more points he receives and THE CHEAPER his gym gets through multiply. So I thought to convince my girlfriend , and boy it took me long time to convince her get a annuity at momentum and activate Multiply to get cheap gym fees. To my suprise after long time of convincing she decided to invest alot of very hard wokring money in Momentum and activate Multiply to get cheap membership cause she is going to benefit alot from this discount as she gyms more that 16 times a month. Cause it has always been the discount benefit that the more you gym from Multiply the more discount you get. </p> <p>After trusting me and activating it going to gym the first month has gone by quickly only to realise that Momentum Multiply decided to just change some sort of policy that you would only get this discount benefit into their health policy now. So in otherwords if you have Multiply and dont have a Health policy feature now your *****d at the gym buddy, it is super expensive through Multiply as you only get the 25% discount and that is that. HOW HORRIBLY USELESS is that. Best of all is my parents are still at multiply and do not have the health feature only gym but they have been their long and they do receive the super extra discount??? HOW IS THAT FAIR? Now Momentum MULTIPLY has not only embarresed me with my girlfriend from this stupid rule they decided to bring in, they are costing my girlfriend super expensive, and the cherrie on top is NOBODY told her before joining the multiply that they have no changed the policy and you wil pay very expensive gym and wil not benefit from multiply at the gym.</p> <p>How is it just ok to change this discount feature only for some members and other not? WHY HOW!</p> <p>If Momentum Multiply does not rectify this and activate the feature of receiving extra discount again like my parents stil do receive from multiply monthly, my girlfriend wil for sure be canceling and moving to a alternative investement company which does not change their policy and gives alot beter discount. She will also be informing the omboetsman about this and has seeked legal advise, which stated to her that Multiply cant just change itlike they want to to certain members. Please advise.</p>
