The service at Momentum Corporate was disgusting. When I app**** for my provident fund on January 13, 2025, I was informed that I would receive the money 26 days later, but that never happened. When I followed up on January 30th, I was informed that my claim was still being processed and that I should expect to receive my money by the end of the month. I followed up with them again today, and they informed me that they needed certain information from my former company, which I was unaware of. It was me who persisted in following up. They don't give a damn; I have no idea when I'll receive my money.

I spoke to a number of consultants today and they all failed to assist me. The only person that tried to assist me was Tshepo but than we got cut off. I couldn't get through when i tried to call again.
