THE MOST PATHETIC AND WORST SERVICE EVER!

Momentum is the worst company ever! Whether it's insurance or provident fund related it's honestly the worst!!! I can't even begin to imagine how hard it is to reach them. For days I've been calling to no avail you hold on for more than 20minutes then it hangs up. I've been trying to find out what my balance is as I'm completing forms for a claim. When I register online, email or text on whatsapp I'm told to call this number that just keeps putting me on hold then drops. Something so simple as a balance I can already imagine the worst with receiving my claim. A company entrusted with people's money so they know that incase they can't work they have something to fall on then you treat people like this? The same clients that are the reason why this business is standing.
