The Momentum client service is Pathetic

The service with Momentum when you make a Provident Fund withdrawal as a client is pathetic. I was told that I'll receive my funds within 26 days and now it is over a month, and what gets to my skin is that, the company doesn't respond to clients e-mails. In future I'll think twice when I have to do business with Momentum.
