Good day Hellopeter

I ended up at the office of the CEO and my matter was handed to Sue Du Plessis (Head of Complaints at Funds at Work). She is a very sincere and competent lady who went the extra mile attempring to resolve my issues relating to delayed pay out of my claim benefits.

Seem there may be some problems but I believe they are looking into concerns and attempt to reslove them and to better the system.
