After my initial one star review I think it is only fair that I now compliment Finley Bezuidenhout from Momentum, who contacted me as matter of urgency and went above and beyond in assisting us with all the relevant documentation and also provided valuable advice.

The emphasis should not be on the initial bad service, but rather about how the issue was resolved.

Also a huge thank you to Joy (receptionist) who initially answered and directed my calls and who went out of her way by not only calling to inform me of her progress in contacting someone to help, but also for contacting me again to enquire whether I have been attended to. She is also an absolute star.

I sincerely hope that Momentum realises how important an asset you both are.
