Terrible service regarding my Retirement fund withdrawal

My experience with Momentum is the worst. I submitted my withdrawal application for my retirement annuity 3 months ago and I still have not received my funds. When I initially started with the withdrawal process, I was given an amount and they stated it would be paid out within 14 days. 14 days later when I enquired they advised me the money has now reached the threshold amount and I need to resend my application, and i was advised i would only be allowed to withdraw a certain portion and i must choose an FSP that i want the remaining funds to be transferred to. I followed all the requirements and till today I have not received my funds. They promised that the funds would be in my account within 48hrs, a week later I still don't the funds. I need to keep calling and they keep giving me different answers. I don't know how long this will go on and it's frustrating because it seems like they don't stick to what they promise their clients. I have never received such bad service from an FSP and I am appalled and dissapoint with the service Momentum gives their clients. I would not recommend anyone to use Momentum, because they do not care about their clients.
