Terrible service from momentum regarding the safe dayz feature in the momentum app.

It is now 8 January 2020 and I have not received a single form of communication from Momentum regarding an issue with my safe dayz. I find this completely unacceptable considering I contacted the app team through my app at the end of November already, this was followed by an email with on 11 December which was completely ignored by everyone in the app department. This was followed by another email on 27 Dec to multiple multiply email addresses including ***, and app momentum.co.za, yet again completely ignored! It should be noted that cursory email was recieved from Suresh Moodley informing me that the issue had been referred to the app team on 18 December, but I do not acknowledge this as helpful to solve the issues raised.

If you look at my annual safe dayz for 2019 you will notice that I have had nearly perfect safe dayz for all months except of December. The problem with December remains that the app stopped logging my safe dayz at the end of Nov and for the first 10 days of the month - an issue I raised at the end of November when I noticed it. If you look at the safety alert log for the app I was able to initiate and test the safety alert during the "missing" 10 days, indicating that the app functioned correctly.

I do not believe I should be penalised on my safety bonus for the first part of December due to a problem with the Momentum app which I have previously shown was functioning perfectly during tests performed in the app (I have screenshots of this).
