Terrible service delivery, I don't recommend anyone taking anything with them. Poor poor service delivery and dishonesty

I would like to lay a complaint to you about momentum funds at work dept. I am currently receiving very poor service delivery as my provident fund claim is sitting with them for weeks and surpassed the allocated waiting time period. Their customer service is very poor and with very dishonest representatives. A lady by the name of '' Attinie'' is handling my claim and has not been helpful at all. She's been very dishonest and lacks cunstomer service delivery. Everytime I ask to get put through to management or someone in charge they refuse and make an excuse. Now I wondering is my money is really with them.
