Terrible service
Trying to get a query resolved since October. Contact centre just ignores emails and no details on how to log a complaint.

There are however various business units within the company and your contracts relate to either Investo or Myriad.
Can you please provide specifics in terms of your policy number to ensure that we refer the matter to the correct business area?
