Terrible service

I sent through all my documents when I resigned in AUGUST of this year to withdraw my Provident Fund. It is now December and I have not recieved my money. Every time I call in it's always a excuse firstly it was Adele Pillay resigned and nobody is seeing to my claim, then it's you'll be paid in 7 days.... And still nothing. I've been more than reasonable with you people but really this is going on too long 5 months.... Phoned in again today and the lady stated someone will phone me regarding my claim and guess what still nothing.....

I'm done being pushed around by you guys, I would like to know when will my money be coming through because it's only ment to take up to 6 WEEKS not MONTHS!!!!

You guys are robbing me of investing my money else where, where I could be getting interest on it.

I need answers 🤬
