Terrible recruitment experience with Ingrid Sibeko recruitment agent

I sent my CV in for a broker consultant position at Momentum. I sent it through to Ingrid Sibeko who is recruiting for the role. I have sent her 3 emails to follow up since the email and she ignores my emails flat, I have tried phoning her several times and received no call back or answer. I have sent her WhatsApp’s to follow up and she ignores my WhatsApp’s flat as well.

This has been the worst experience for me, I do not know where to turn to, I would at the very least just like to know why I was not successful and where I can improve my skill set to be considered for this role.
